Minutes of the last meeting:              A review of previous minutes was carried out.

Review of Annual Inspection Report:         Playing Field inspection reports have been circulated.  A copy was handed to Cllr Blake at the meeting.  The Trewoon section was read out and Cllr Blake agreed to look further into any matters of concern.

All work necessary at Sticker and Polgooth was in hand.

Urgent Business:       The Playbuilder shrubs have been planted but have not been very successful, several of them have died.  The Sticker Activity park is proving to be a great success and visitors come from all over to use it.  A discussion took place regarding the skateboard slide. The concrete access for wheelchair users has been completed.

It was noted that all the Village Halls and Playing Fields (except Polgooth Playing Field) have their own insurance. The Playing Field is insured by the parish council.

There is a playgroup using Sticker Scout Hall and it was requested we look into getting signs put in the car park, warning that there maybe children crossing.   Also can they have a key to the gate, so they can use the play area.  It was resolved to allow them to have a key if they continue to use it in September.

Dog signs for the top playing field. It was thought we should have warning signs saying that dogs are permitted in the recreational land area.  No dogs are permitted by order of the parish council is on the playing field gate.

Pam Hitchens is holding a fete in Polgooth playing field and they have their own insurance.

It was mentioned that when Polgooth playing field folded there was a sum of money remaining in the bank.  Jeanette Warren is trying to reform the Polgooth playing fields committee and it was suggested that maybe they could have paid for the materials for the clearing of the field from this fund. Cllr Barnes agreed he will speak to Mrs Warren.
